The ESCI 360° (Emotional and Social Competency Inventory) by Korn Ferry Hay Group is one of the most advanced systems for measuring Emotional Intelligence.
The ESCI 360° is the only assessment designed by Daniel Goleman (in collaboration with Richard Boyatzis), that is based on his EI Framework composed of 12 skills and 4 domains.
The ESCI provides a 360° assessment of your EI level. After completing an online self-assessment, participants invite other people, belonging to their personal and professional sphere, to provide them with feedback on how frequently they demonstrate individual IE skills.
The ESCI results can only be delivered by a Korn Ferry Hay Group accredited coach.
